BRYC VERBALLY committed under BRYC not VDA coach. 2 of the 3 committed Fall of 2020. The 3rd committed Spring of 2021.
FCV player left 4 years ago. She VERBALLY committed at FCV.

To get the numbers you have, several girls were cut their senior year to make room for the 4 already committed.

Why did she leave VDA in the first place? If BP and CZ were doing nothing for her, why travel the distance? As a coach you should be proud. Working at VDA/ PWSI for many years and you were able to recruit someone. Even if it was a former player and cutting the family’s travel in half.[/quote]

Because VDA left DA after year one and went to ECNL. Some players, especially ones being influenced by NT scouts, were told to go to certain clubs in the DA.

FCV did exactly what the family wanted and needed. There are no hard feeling especially from parents and players.  The player would have been joining an established team. Going to a club that was bringing on many new players hence gave a comfortable atmosphere. Congratulations. Wishing nothing but the best for VDA. [/quote]
