Funny.  I get a response every.single.time I email him.  Some of my emails have been about problems.  I still get a response almost immediately.  I don't think he would even know what I look like face-to-face but he sure is responsive when I send him a polite message.[/quote]

Yes.  In fact the first time was a "problem."  I need to clarify that when I say that I wrote about a "problem" it still means that I haven't jumped the protocols, I'm not going over someone's head because I am unhappy with the answers I'm getting, I'm not looking for anything extra for my kids, I am always respectful in my words and tone, and I'm not expecting special favors.  I don't write him all the time, perhaps only a few times over the past few years, but each time I've received a near immediate response from him and sometimes from the appropriate person who actually handled the issue.
