Ignore current problems in favor of trying to predict and stem future ones? I don't really have a strong feeling of one school or pyramid or district versus another but I do feel like you don't ignore existing problems. If there were no overcrowding now then I would agree to look at where overcrowding maybe WILL be. But you don't ignore existing problems/issues though.[/quote]
