[/quote] It seems like a therapy session to me in the sense that OP and perhaps others seem to like hashing out the admissions process at various schools as a way to reconcile themselves with the notion that their kids not applying to or getting into an Ivy is no great loss and in fact may serve them better in the long run. Many of us were already there without having to dissect the current process or throwing lots of gratuitous shade on recent or current Ivy students in the process. [/quote]
