I'm at this point as well.  The only thing that worries me is that if it spreads too quickly, there may not be hospital capacity for emergencies.  Rules related to masking and such should ONLY be correlated to hospital capacity IMO.  I don't think we should worry about new case numbers but rather only ensure people having emergencies are not sent away due to capacity issues.  If that may happen then we need to take measures to reduce the spread.  Otherwise, let it spread and at least it will burn itself out faster (until the next variant).[/quote]

Shouldn't the rules regarding masking be related to how spreadable the disease is rather than the hospitalization rates? I mean, with delta, it's much more easily spread, regardless of your vaccinated status. Hence, a greater need to wear a mask. Unless you're someone who is profiting from more sickness, this seems like common sense.[/quote]
