Limbo means things are on hold until thwe right decision is made. Wilson has the City on a fire sale. He wants to put de facto homeless shelters on top of elementary schools. He wants to reduce Duke street to two lanes and add another bike Lane. He doesn't want kids in school 5 days a week. These are facts.[/quote]
