Logic would dictate that they would but this is MCPS so who knows.  Another factor is the chain of events that has to happen in order for Woodward to actually open in 2026.  First they have to build Northwest.  And then they have to redo Woodward. Any hiccup could delay opening a year or more. [/quote]
