SYC announced they got full MLSNext so their top boys will do that and won't going to ECNL.  So now on both the boys and girls sides, pretty much no one from SYC is going to join Virginia Union.  Just going to cause inconvenience to the parents having to drive down to Springfield.[/quote]

There is also no reason from the best girls from other clubs to not try out or any reason for McLean to not just take the better girls. I'm sure a few SYC girls will make it, but there is no chance that it will be a 50/50 merger, especially with the McLean boys side getting nothing out of it [/quote]
