[/quote] I graduated HS in Seattle in the early 90s. A lot of my friends were Asian and they all called it derisively “University of Spoiled Chinese”. Basically, where rich but mediocre Asians went because they could not get accepted to the more prestigious state schools. I remember it was even a safety for UW, if you could afford it. [/quote]
