They can’t get candidates already.[/quote] Someone from within needs to step up and denounce the bad part of LE for what it is. You guys need a Fauci effect -- people were expecting to have fewer people interested in medicine and nursing after the pandemic hit, but numbers increased. Young people want to do good things. They want to have an effect on the world, to make a difference. LE's reputation has gone down every year, as more things come out. The fact that fewer people want to be a part of that may not actually be a bad sign. If LE as a profession turns this around, they might get a bigger crop of better candidates overall.[/quote]
