For example, in order to get legislation passed, it’s been a good, prudent and pretty recent tactic framing climate change or marijuana policy based on the impact on racial justice. It’s a can’t lose method of putting forth a policy and having it taken seriously. When you frame in person learning in that context, it’s very hard to counter the narrative or risk being seen as racist.[/quote]
