There are no republicans in elected office in DC. None. Zero. All the problems this city has- every single one -is brought to you by dems. But we just haven’t elected the “right” dems?

Sounds laughably familiar to what defenders of communism used to say when asked about failed socialist countries. “Communism works! It’s just that we didn’t have the right people in charge!”

What’s the definition of insanity, again? Oh yeah- doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome”.  That’s DC politics. Voting for dems over and over, and expecting the NEXT time to be different.
