The lesser Ivies are Brown and Dartmouth, both schools that are more similar to LACs than research universities.

If Brown and Dartmouth were "lesser" it should be because they don't provide the similar experiences, outcomes, and opportunities to their undergraduates.  I don't think that is the case.  I agree there is a big 3 with HYP.[/quote]

The "discourse" on what's an Ivy vs not is unbearable.. All the Ivy and SLAC SAHMs jumping in to defend the "purity" of their pedigree ..tsk, tsk, tsk.. At the end of the day who gives a f***?  Go to a decent school that you can afford, study a subject that pays well (use google to update yourself on crap like liberal arts.  Remember, when colleges began teaching liberal arts, there was no google),  work diligently.  Period. [/quote]
