NP and I think OP's theory is that 50% of $440K HHI minus attorney fees over X years is greater than 50% of current assets now minus lower attorney fees.  At that level of income OP might be right, hard to tell how hard the DH will push for the divorce.[/quote]

You don't get 50 percent of HHI.  If the company was formed during the marriage she may get half of that but she has income so she gets her income. [/quote]
