NP here. I’ve got one on my car now, with no plans to change it. The Gadsden flag is an honorable historic American flag. Why would I get rid of it just because some not great people also like it? The KKK carries plenty of regular American flags at their rallies. Does that sully the Stars and Stripes for you?[/quote]

The history behind it is interesting (the motif can be traced back to Benjamin Franklin], I think it expresses a very American sentiment (we can be dangerous as a country, so leave us alone), and I think it looks better than the regular, boring Virginia license plate.

I’ve got some small “l” libertarian beliefs, and believe that, in general, our government has become too intrusive and large. No, never really got into the Tea Party. My political beliefs overlap with some of theirs, though.
