OP here. I am worried the 6ft distancing rule can’t get followed if more kids join the classroom. I’m concerned about that.
Have you expressed this concern to your child's principal? Whining here won't help you.
Not OP but I am an AAP parent and in the PTA and we are advocating to have non-AAP kids who take advanced math in AAP classrooms just dial in to the class from their classroom. I don't care that the gen ed classroom are more crammed than the AAP classrooms. One of the benefit of AAP is the small classes and I don't want the health of my child compromised. I hope the Principal listens to us in the PTA.
The Advanced Math kids are already in the class with your kid. They go for math. Deal
And at the same time, a bunch of level IV kids switch out because they can't handle advanced math. But I don't see a complaint about that.
What do you mean by this? It literally does not make sense in the context of what is being discussed.
It's fine for the AAP kids to push into a gen-ed class apparently, but not vice versa.
Because GenEd parents aren't hysterical. They're crammed to the brim with all sorts of kids. It's the AAP parents who just want their little bubble to go untouched.
