They at least already had a ventilation assessment that I thought was by an outside party. That was back in September. It showed that all schools met minimum standards for air exchange. They still ordered stuff to upgrade further.[/quote]

That is a good start but I think getting the ultimate authority on safe workplaces to weigh in would be helpful.  Has this been brought up at the SB meetings?[/quote]
