If you run a google image search for South American male soccer players, you will see that many of them are built exactly like this person.  They're often very short, muscular, many have thick thighs, an so on...

I also think the gait might be fake, or it might just be an injury from the crime.  The gait is not consistent, and at one point in the video you see the POI further exaggerate his/her gait.  It makes me wonder if it was an act.[/quote]
