A child I know who's always been incredibly athletic broke her arm from a seemingly nothing fall from the monkey bars on wood chips right in front of my eyes when she was 5. And she was a tall 5-year old to begin with.[/quote] Sure, but the kid would break the part of the body she landed on. Land on head, that's a head injury. Use arm to break fall? That's an arm injury. But it seems unlikely the kid landed on head, arm and leg![/quote]
