Not likely.  Rockland VA has been fighting the expansion of I-15 for years.  They are winning the fight there too.  Money buys power.[/quote]

Obviously want it nice and tranquil for their wedding venue.  But surely shutting the ferry makes 15 expansion more likely due to the increase in traffic up to Point of Rocks bridge?[/quote]

Their property is 600 acres. I don’t think the wedding venue portion of the property is anywhere near the ferry road.

The entire Brown family are big on anti-development in Loudoun County. The plaintiff who died last year was on the Loudoun County board of supervisors and pushed a lot of anti-development views, particularly near her family’s land.[/quote]
