Yes I said "jacked" earlier as a PP, when I should have gone into more detail. How about dumb lady leaves car running unattended  on major DC street and some poor person, obviously disenchanted because of Trumps and MPD's policies stole it. Is that better?[/quote]

Stop victim blaming, idiot.  In a normal civilized society, it shouldn't matter if someone leaves their keys in the car.  Hell, you should be able to go take a piss at a cafe and leave your money, computer, and cell phone on the table and not worry about it being stolen.  As usual, the victim is to blame, not the actual assholes committing crime.  No wonder DC is turning into a shit hole with exploding rates of crime across the board.  So many idiots in DC blame the victim, then want to give every dumb excuse to let the criminals off the hook with a slap on the wrist. [/quote]
