+1  It looks like an SNL sketch in which they are satirizing Betty Draper in Mad Men, using an ugly wig and actress with purposefully odd facial expressions.  (January Jones actually suited the look in a way this unfortunate woman does not; JJ's hair was maintained well, with no visible roots or jarringly contrasting eybrows/orange skin).  [/quote]
