DH's week is next week (Christmas week) so I go over there on the morning and DS opens his gifts from both of us and then I bring the stuff I got him back here for the most part (and when Christmas lands on my week, ex-DH does the same, he comes here etc. on Christmas morning). Fiancee goes to his ex-w to do the same thing with skids gifts.

As an aside, I know I speak for everyone the world over when I say I can't wait until this sh*t is over and behind us all. Keeping up hope that we're almost there now, 6-8mos is my guess. My office is saying maybe some hybrid in-person days back in the office this summer but I will be shocked if I see my office in 2021...[/quote]

I mean that’s great and all but you are talking about a situation where everyone works from home and is being careful. You’re extremely fortunate and privileged to be in that position.

My husbands ex works in a high risk job, goes grocery shopping, goes to the gym, is dating god knows who, etc. We switch the kids back and forth days. We stay home and go nowhere, not even the store, but thanks to her exposures, we are exposed. It sucks. [/quote]
