We have one kid who came through Mater Dei and he is way old, but he is an outlier.In fact, over half the team was in public school until High School age. You also have 10 of the 22 boys have played together since Elementary school age, when it was age based (not grade). Grade based only became the norm in about 2014 or 15 I think. Get over it. The DCE 21 team is the best team this area has seen in a long long time cause they are both talented, and have played together since elementary school.
