[/quote] There are clearly some schools that are more highly regarded than at least some of the Ivy League schools. Stanford, MIT, Duke, and Caltech are examples. I hadn't heard of "Top 15" as being a thing. I hear most often Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Stanford, and MIT as a default top tier. More murky below that.[/quote]
