Are you really that naive??  Getting an advanced degree isn't cheap or free...it is just another compenent of why the cost of medical care is so inflated.

OP, we met with a finacial advisor and found it really helpful. It was very overwhelming to think about the amount of debt to repay but the advisor was able to really break it down into small obtainable goals for us.  Good luck.  And thank you for your devotion to your career...[/quote]
