And if you don't think Great Falls residents are socially conservative, all you have to do is suggest school boundaries might eventually change to send some Great Falls kids to a less wealthy middle and high school. That triggered the formation of a Great Falls-based group ("One Great Falls," which later changed its name to "Voices of Fairfax") that unsuccessfully tried in 2019 to replace most of the Democrats on the local School Board with Republican-endorsed candidates.
