You need to look at each candidate. Obviously not Trump but Biden does have a plan to lower cost of college... it obviously falls short since he is a centrist. Hogan (R) in Maryland... also is looking to cut costs and some loan forgiveness programs (which in the past sucked and were ineffective, hopefully that can be fixed) Truthfully... almost every fully functioning human being (obviously not Trump) that is running for office sees the cost of college as an issue.
