It is beautiful to tune into you! You can love every part of you that comes up. You are wise and awakening to a new way of life. Love the part of you that feels the need to be rational, love the part of you that feels a nagging sense of there is more...

Right now, all you need to do is love. Love everything that comes up, even practice saying I love you to all that you notice. Everything else will take care of itself. It is exciting times for you! Love it all. It all reveals the true depth of the beautiful spirit you are. There is so much potential here. This change will come to you in the exact perfect way best for you. Beautifully, and I'm glad you decided to write!

I suggest making a time of writing to yourself every day. Let it be a stream of consciousness writing, where the words flow and you write them down without judgement or sorting anything out. for 10 minutes or so, just let it flow. Do this daily without thought and the steps you need to take will rise so effortlessly that you will have no doubts!
