So you are saying that article was incorrect?  That someone who tested positive, without symptoms, would not have the bed for the scheduled procedure, but would instead be sent home?  I wondered the same, which is why I was hoping someone would decipher that article.[/quote]

At least in MD, the entire reason you get tested a few days before your procedure is to ensure you are negative. They don’t want to intubate a covid positive patient (a procedure that just spews virus particles literally everywhere in the room) if they can help it.[/quote]
