It's really easy to put down 1500 in one sitting.[/quote] DP. One meal a day is probably the only way I will lose weight and keep it off. Prior to IF, I easily ate 1200 calories in one meal. And I ate 2 of such meals (1200 for lunch and 1200 for dinner) and around 400 calories for breakfast. My IF diet is: 1. nothing until lunch around 11:00 am-noon, then 2. fruits and veggies only for lunch and 3. my big meal for dinner. It seems to be working so far. I find it easier just to delay my eating until lunch or the afternoon and I just simply don't eat as much. [/quote]
