Right in the article. You need to stay to the right unless passing. It has nothing to do with speed. You can be going 10 over and if you’re camped in the left with no one in the right, it’s not legal. You can be charged with speeding and not keeping to the right.

I’ve yet to see anything about the left lane for passing only in Maryland.  I’m pretty sure that’s not the case in Maryland.  The left lane is for faster traffic.  There are signs that say that everywhere.[/quote]

MD is one of only five states in which is isn't law. There was a bill presented in 2019, but now I see why the worst drivers of any state I have ever experienced come from MD. They do not understand the importance of this. Even though it's not law, it is still the rule of the road. Move over the right!
