That's a big difference.[/quote] Is this incident wrong or no? It is a pretty simple question. You know the training right? Was this a proper hold? Did they need 3 people on him once he was arrested and cuffed? If he was so out of control and crazy on drugs, is there a process in place to call for an ambulance to get stabilizers or tranquilizers? Is it acceptable to knee on a throat of any individual? If yes, for how long? When containing someone, are wellness checks supposed to be made by the arresting officer or backup officers to ensure that no medical problems are occurring (example- heart attack, asthma attack, etc), that restraints aren't cutting off circulation, that breathing isn't being obstructed, etc.?[/quote]
