do you actually drive around each school and check?  I saw a 15 a young boy play soccer there with what looks like a coach @9am today during my morning walk on Ball Hill to Cooper MS.[/quote]

So everyone knows these fields are closed.  Why put a police officer or whoever in the position that he needs to stop what he's doing to come and talk to the people on the fields and ask them all to leave. They have better things to be doing.  That's why it's our civic duty to follow the orders of staying off fields, etc.[/quote]
