Younger kids were given a chance to make Varsity and then it was determined some of them weren't as big or as skilled as needed after seeing them play some more and in a few scrimmages. Maybe they wouldn't have played at all on Varsity so now they get a chance to hit the field and get some real reps. I appreciate the flexibility and common sense approach. [/quote]
