I'm not sure of who got shot first but it wouldn't surprise me if this boy shot his little brother first to devastate his mother before he shot her to death.  He then waited for his dad to come home and discover their bodies before he shot and attempted to murder him, too.

This boy must have been really angry inside to want to hurt his parents like that.  I don't think he was showing anyone mercy, including his little brother.[/quote]
