The ACLU claims that shutting down the institutions is one of its greatest achievements. It was the left and right acting together that created the current situation. I understand the issues with the institutions but am not sure that the status quo is an improvement. It is cruel. [b]San Francisco is moving back to involuntary commitment[/b].[/quote]
