We have a Peloton bike and tread for a couple of reasons: - We have a preschooler, so we can't always just take a run or bike ride outside. The Peloton gives us flexibility to work out whenever we have the chance. - DH has a medical condition that makes it very easy for him to sprain his ankle on any uneven surface if he runs outside. Without a treadmill, he wouldn't be able to run. [/quote]
