If you have millions you can remain trim, buy perky boobs, rhinoplasty, lipo, personal trainers, injections/fillers, chef meals. If she was a mere middle class mum she'd have none of that. She wouldn't be fat, but she wouldn't be so skinny with nice boobs and taut skin and a button nose. Just a fit NPR mummy driving Subaru. Nobody would give a second look.[/quote]

You act as if fillers/injections, a trainer, surgery, etc are all unattainable. Millions of "middle class" people get this crap every day. I guarantee tons of people in your mommy group are all doing it.[/quote]
