When DS was a baby (maybe 3 or 4 mo old?) I threw a blanket over him while he was in his car seat to keep him warm, but in my sleep deprived new mom haze did not realize I hadn’t buckled him in until we got to our destination. Thankfully we were going a mile down the road and all was fine, but I’m now super paranoid about buckling my kids’ car seats.
Pretty sure 90% of people forget to buckle their child at some point. If that's really your worst, good lawd.
We had been changing around car seats once and I guess mine was just in my car and not buckled because I got home from the grocery store and my kid was buckled in to the car seat. The carseat was laying on its side in the backseat. 13 years later I can’t stop laughing at remembering the image of my kid buckled in to a carseat on its side in the backseat. To answer the title question: yelling at said kid regarding homework. She acts SO LAZY and I know the homework is easy for her so it infuriates me when she procrastinates so much
