[/quote] +1 I have no attachment to Pyle, but can attest that even well-regarded elementary schools in my area are losing teachers just due to commute. If there are no affordable SFHs nearby, and teachers are facing 1.5 hour commutes each way from someplace they can afford to live, you are going to have turnover. [/quote]
