[/quote] DC is a very liberal city and the citizen’s elected officials are for open borders for people who from thousands miles away with no connection to the city. Yet, these same people are so hostile to the neighbor across the state line who rides the bus aiding the city’s special need students on and off the bus. [/quote] Strangely, it seems that none of the people who come from thousands of miles away are committing residency fraud. Those who have "no connection to the city" tend to enroll their children in the schools of the locality in which they reside.[/quote]
