How do you not see a difference between riding a dirt bike dangerously in the woods and riding a dirt bike dangerously through the streets of DC?

If the kid (White or Black) drives recklessly in the woods and hurts himself, that’s his issue.  If the kid (White or Black) is driving through DC, he is likely to interfere with other drivers and pedestrians.  Which is exactly what happens.

Though, honestly, I do think there are some laws against riding dirt bikes in ‘the woods’ also.  You can’t ride anywhere and you can’t ride in private property, etc.[/quote]
