I'm not sure whether having 20% of the kids in AAP is watering down the curriculum or whether FCPS intends for the program to be very unstressful and unchallenging for the kids. AAP should be operating at least two years above grade level, as that's well within the reach of kids who are gifted and not just above average. [/quote]
