My condo doesn't have these rules. So, it really depends on the condo and I find the whole "well, these are the rules" defenses to be ridiculous.

So, black people should simply expect the police to be called on them as they go about their lives. And if they get shot and murdered, well...they were resisting or I thought that was a gun or well, she/he was a thug and deserved it anyway.
