Even airlines give you a blanket and a toothbrush, FFS
I have never had an airline give me a toothbrush. Ever. I fly several times a year; typically 3-4 times internationally and another 2-3 times within the US.
most long flight >10 hr flights give those, plus fuzzy slippers and eyeshade things
Nope. They don't. The ONLY time I have ever received a toothbrush is when our flight was canceled and we had to stay in a hotel room to catch a morning flight. I have flown several times internationally. Never given a toothbrush. I think this is one of the stupidest threads ever started. And, the irony is that it was started by a liberal - and it is the Democrats who are choosing not to vote to give border patrol more money to house and care for these kids.
+1 The blue wave can’t do crap but complain about Trump.
Dems were willing to give $25 billion for border funding. Trump said no because he doesn't want to negotiate anything in good faith.
While House Democrats are still reviewing the Senate border supplemental legislation, my colleagues and I have concerns with the Senate bill as currently written,” said Representative Nita M. Lowey of New York, the chairwoman of the House Appropriations Committee. She said they hoped to bring a bill to the House floor next week. Concerns from House Democrats, particularly members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, about sending more money to agencies without stronger oversight, had led to the measure being pulled from an emergency relief package that passed the House last month. On Tuesday, House Democrats sent their Republican counterparts the text of their legislation, according to a congressional aide. Or they could just pass this. No? Ok!
