The slight (and questionable) health benefits are not worth the cumulative toll it takes on your skin, stomach, internal organs, under eyes, sleep, etc. Not to mention the tendency people have to underestimate the amount they are actually consuming. I swore off drinking decades ago when I noticed it made me feel slow the next day, even after just one serving. My family and friends who report being light drinkers all have effects (poor sleep, belly pooch, dull skin and hair, etc) that I simply do not have at nearly 50 years old.[/quote]
