So for instance I made a green smoothie this morning- cucumber, ginger, parsley, kale, mint, lemon juice. (It's really good and "healthy" tasting by the way). Even without the squeezed lemon, it's 20 net carbs for 32 oz. So I'll just have 1/4, but the idea of limiting mostly green veggies (the bulk is leafy greens- mint, parley, kale)[/quote]
