How can there be a huge cattle call when we are talking about GRF as the club supplying the players. .
I didn't read beyond this because there was no point. Stop pulling from out of your ass. I don't know a single player across multiple age groups from GFR, and neither do you.
I read the entire post, however I would believe that GFR, moving forward would have guidance from the DA side, in order to better develop players. This obviously wouldn't occur over night, but having non DA partnerships would benefit development and growth, of the both the none DA players and create a pipeline for that talent to move up.
I need answers please help me here. My DD is not a level A player for any ECNL/DA club, but I want to help and train her to get to the A level. I could pay and I want to pay. I do not care about the team size as long as she is playing with level A players, she will learn. Help me here, with this GFR deal, does that mean I pay $3600/$1200 and my daughter will play with level B players of GFR mostly and playing with level A players of DA is only a lie? Of course, she is already accepted from the MU coach. what are my options?
You would pay $1200 and train with both GFR and United. How much training with Metro would depend on the player and each team. Talk with the metro coaches to get a answer especially regarding the prices. Only rostered DA players pay the $3600
To start:) DA is expensive...doesn't matter what club. The spirit were the highest as the $3600 is the start...add in another 3-5k for travel IF they travel as a team. If not, it will be more b/c a parent will have to travel as well. Good luck.
Metro United has reduced the costs since this year (Spirit). 3600 includes winter and summer training which were additional charges this year. U13 girls DA has less travel expenses than older teams because they don't participate in national showcases.
1200 would be the cost for being a part time player participating in up to 4 practices a week with DA, with the ability to play up to 12 DA games. Getting Player Development plans that are relayed to the coach at whichever partner club. You would still then have to pay whatever the partner clubs registration and fees are.
