Np...whore is the wrong word. She’s slutty and that’s her prerogative. But that Beyoncé thread opened my eyes about how the ppl ok this board view women of color. Taylor Swift is an untalented grown adult still singing about tween issues and she is praised. I like Britney Spears, as I grew up listening to her but what the pp posted isn’t a lie. Her voice isn’t strong, she sings about sex, threesomes, touching herself, bondage, etc and she was given a lot of chances she didn’t actually deserve. Beyoncé has done nothing but stay in her lane and that thread on her is horrible. [/quote]

It's insane to say Taylor Swift isn't talented.  She may not be your cup of tea but as a songwriter she is unmatched.

And re: beyonce's lyrics: seriously?  I haven't read the other thread but she's certainly had her share of dirty lyrics.  Britney was a kid when most of hers were written and she's not NEARLY as savvy as Beyonce is.
